実際に違反しているしていない、ではないでしょう。事実、
毎日交通の流れに乗ってスピード違反していますが、私は
ゴールドですよ。知人のMR2オーナーは9割以上がゴールド
です。全員30代です。なんら不思議と感じませんが、どう
してそんなに否定的なのですか？公道を一般的な利用方法
で生活している限り、逮捕されたり検挙されたりしませんよ。

たりするのがすごく怖いから、周囲の車と合わせて走るし、見
通し悪いところは納得行くまで目で確認して走行するし、そう
やってたら勝手にゴールドになったよ。スピード違反に関して
は絶対にしないというスタイルだと回りから浮いてしまうから
俺はするつもりはないね。

理由はいろいろあるけど、警察に捕まらない（捕まるような目立っ
た悪事をはたらかない）にこしたことはないよ。ここを笑ったり
否定したりする人は社会に生きる資格がないと思う。

俺は峠のサルではないのでサーキットでしか飛ばさない。

講習に出た話では4割程がゴールドとの事です。　事故が多い千葉県ですから
何かと考えさせられる事も多いですよ。　目視やミラー見ない奴が多いですから。

ま、今迄一度しか見た事無かったミディアムブルーマイカメタリックのSW20に
遭遇出来たので、有意義な一日だったと思ってます。

ちなみに僕は昨年31回、今年（現時点で）34回サーキット走行会に
参加するくらい走るのが大好きですが、13年間無事故無違反です。

サーキットでは数回全損してますが、公道ではないのでゴールドに
は影響ありません。

から、捕まったことがない、が正解です。

駐車やシートベルト、信号無視などは本人が気を付ければ
100%守れますし、スピード違反といっても周囲の数十台と
同じスピードで走ってる状態ならそれは捕まえる対象に
ならないと思います。

わずか２・３台とか自分ひとりという走行状態であれば
スピードはきっちり守るようにする。それ以外の集団
であれば自分ひとりで守るのもスタイルでしょうが、合わせて
流れてしまうのもスタイルだと思います。

結果、スピードはオーバーしてるけど捕まりはしない、という
状態が無事故に繋がっているのも事実です。スピードオーバー
するならそれは偽者だ！という人もいますが、実質を問うべきです。

例え、スピード違反をしていたとしても、取締りを遠くから100%発見
するほど周囲が観察できているわけだから。捕まる奴は少なくとも
その取締りの現場がわからないほど、周囲を見ずに運転していたこと
の証。高速道路で結構長い距離追尾されて覆面パトカーに捕まるという
のも、まさにこれと同じ。普通に考えれば「え～？」って感じだが、
実際、それほど周囲を見ていないからこそ気付かないのだ。

交通安全というのはまずは周囲をちゃんと確認できていること、
これが大前提。「前だけを注視しろ」という教育はなかったはず。
「まんべんなく余所見しろ」というニュアンスで教育を受けたはず。
どこかを注視するような運転をしているから軽微なスピード違反で
捕まる。気を付けていれば、高い確率でゴールドになる。

事故は仕方ないケースもあるが、ちょろい違反で捕まってゴールド
取れない奴は、やっぱりその程度の注意力と運転レベルだってこと。
周囲が見えてない奴はサーキットにも来て欲しくないね。怖いから。

上のようにあくまで違反と検挙の違いについて説明しているだけであって、
ゴールドの人、検挙されていない人を批判しているわけではない。
むしろ74の言うように捕まっていない人が危機察知能力が高く優秀であるという意見には
同意であるし、ゴールド免許所持や無事故無検挙について自慢する事には何も異論は無い。
ただ、「ゴールド免許＝無違反」との間違った日本語解釈について意見を述べているだけである。
日常的に自動車を運転する者に「無違反」の者など存在しない。

先頭を流れに乗って走っていれば少なからずリスクはあるし、反則金を払わずにいても不利益な事も多い。
一般道を走っている分には、ノーマルでも能力をもてあまし気味なのがスポーツカーの特権だと思わなくては・・・
とはいえ、普通車のレベルが上がってきているからコバンザメ走法が一番いいけどね。

2番手でも、先頭が曲がれば自分が先頭になる事はあるだろ？
信号の最後尾渡りも、無理に止まるよりは渡った方が良い場合もある。
警察の取り締まりはガチガチの規則が主だが、グレーゾーンがあるのが実社会。
そのグレーゾーンに関しては、悪質じゃない限り警察も取り締まってないよ。
一般車のウィンカー無しレーンチェンジや無意味な幅寄せは悪質だと思うが、取り締まってないし
スピード違反でさえ流れという言葉の前では、現実に取り締まってない。（集団の場合は犯罪の特定が不可になるので、全てを取り締まるか見逃すかのどちらか）
スピード違反は検挙率向上の為のノルマみたいな物だから、取り締まられたら運が悪いとしか言えないな。

これは運でないよ。観察力、注意力、そういうもの。単なる運だけで
最低5年以上も無事故無違反でいられると思うなよ。車社会だけの

最低限の注意と努力は必要だ。

うまく生きられない奴が生きられる奴に向かって、意味がないだの
なんだのと発言するのは、社会的には賢く見えるのかそうではない

バカにしてるわけでも煽ってるわけでもないんだけど、捕まる
捕まらないとかそこを「運」だとか言ってる時点で自分の運転に

もってやるべきことなんだ。

取締りの機器や警察官よりも、物陰から飛び出そうとしてる子どもとかの方がよっぽど見え難いっていうのに、警察官にすら気付かなかったんだから。

見落として捕まった、と、見落として人を轢き殺した、とを比較すると怖いね。

どっちもないことが最良で、気を付けるのと付けないのではえらく違っても当たり前だなと思えるようになった。

いろんな理由で事故暦や違反暦が付く事があるが、注意力や判断力で防げるんならば誰も事故に逢ってないよ。

世の中には（認知症や精神異常で）判断力が劣っていても免許証が発行されている事実を忘れているんじゃないの？

こんな状態の為か、当時近隣の免許保持者の殆どは安協会員だったと思います。
親類や職場でも「任意」である事を知らず、「強制」と思っている人が殆どでした。
私自身もブルーの頃は「強制」と勘違いしていた為、
安協費込みの領収書に何も疑問を持たず支払っておりました。

ある日、首都圏在住の知人から安協加入が「任意」である事を知らされ、
彼の周囲に加入者は殆どいない事、手続き時に強引に勧誘されない事を教えられました。
その為、上の様なやりとりに至った訳ですが、結果はプレッシャーに負け惨敗でした。

５年位前まではこんな感じでしたが、苦情でもあったのか、
前回の更新時にはすんなり「拒否」に応じてくれました。
しかし、当時の名残なのか、未だに私の更新時に他に「拒否」する人は見掛けません。
多分、今でも９０％以上の加入率だと思います。

ちなみに黄色無視は、車間が近い、猛スピード、不審車両などなど
危険に見えなければまず捕まらない。

自動車の保有台数の上昇とともに、事故件数は鰻上りで高止まりの状態。
これはＡＴの割合の上昇にも比例し、ある教授は「ＡＴはＭＴの２倍の事故率」なんて研究成果を発表もしている。
警察が機能してたら、保有台数が増えても事故件数は減っていいはずなんだがね？
ちなみに自分の目前でウィンカーも出さずにレーンチェンジしているパトカー（回転灯も回さず）も見た事があるし、そういう車を取り締まってもいない。

個人でゴールドとって威張っても事故自体は減らないし、なんら世の中変わりは無いかかえって悪化している。
