内容は何でもいいです。
日本語で書き込んだ内容は、翻訳サイトを使って英語に訳して併記します。
日本語以外で書き込んだ内容も、できれば翻訳サイトを使って日本語に訳した物を併記してください。
末尾に、翻訳に使ったサイトのURLを記してください。

つまりLanderさんは、5型NAオーナーさんに、VVT-iを備えた3S-GEエンジンの
チューニングプランを教えてもらいたい、という事なのでしょう。

海外だとmodifyとかmodificationって意味で使われる事が多いッス。
mod･i･fi･cá･tion
n. 加減； 修正； 修飾って意味で使われたので、修正が違いですねー。
ま、要するに改造って事でしょう。

この人のサイトだと、(今はDNSエラーで落ちてますが)

自分のエンジンチューンをするのに助けてくれないか？(直訳)
って意味に捉えましたけど、
恐らくここは自分のチューンにする参考にさせてくれって意味でしょう。
内部を触るなら、邪魔なVVT-iを殺さない限り
これ以上のパワーアップは難しいッス。
殺さないなら、NOSを入れるのも良いけど、
まず、ピストンなど、エンジンにかかる負荷が大きくなるだろうしね。
If you like to have mechanical turned 5th generation of 3S engine,
I believe killing VVT-i system may needed to start with.
Adding NOS may be one of the answer,
but it may harm your engine if you use the genuine pistons.
